That All May Read
The Library of Congress provides free reading materials to anyone who qualifies so That All May Read. The Central Rappahannock Regional Library houses the Subregional Library for the Blind and Print Disabled. Through the Subregional Library, individuals in the following jurisdictions – City of Fredericksburg and Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, Prince William, Orange, Caroline, Fauquier, Westmoreland and Culpeper counties – have access to the Talking Book program, which supplies free talking books and free players to qualified individuals. There are over 100,000 titles available through the Talking Books program.
