Globally Connected, Traditionally Centered
To educate, entertain, and empower all people of Caroline County through dynamic collections, state-of-the- art services, and innovative programming.
The Caroline Library strives to connect people with information via our collections, services and programs.
Normally, a County library is one facility that serves the entire area. However, the Caroline library system is unique as it has 4 branches and a bookmobile to serve our residents. Because the landscape of the County is sparse and rural, divided by a military base and interstate highway, its cultures are as different as night and day. Caroline County has a library system that plays an integral part in the lives of the patrons, whenever and wherever needed.
